We are waiting for Alain to comment.
Personally, I'm still to digest the wheelset

the frame took a frontal impact, or optical effect? Yes, unfortunately, I think there was a head-on collision .. I hope this is not a big problem

We are waiting for Alain to comment. Personally, I'm still to digest the wheelset The wheels are awful .. I have decided to put some Mavic rims with this Campagnolo hubs. I am thinking for Mavic MA 2 (red and green label).

Come on...
Why MA2? The bike deserves tubulars. On Fiamme, Ambrosio, Nisi or Mavic Red.
And a Brooks And Universals 61 rather than these Mafac And...
But before, you need to think of straightening the frame

I have no idea what to do at this point. I need to read more before taking any actions.

For me -& I'm sure for Jacques, too- your frame is not good for riding anymore: the small lips under the top tube near the headset lug is a sign of weakness; the tube could break at the first push. Or after 1000km... But I'll ask for its birth certificate.

There is not much than a try. Without warranty...
Start by assessing the bends.
Take a straight lath of a bit less than the lenght of the horizontal tube (that you can put on the tube) Put it on top of the horizontal tube and take note of how many mm of play you have next to the steering tube
THe diagonal tube must also be bent, so do the same with it.
Then try to staighten it. Dismantle everything and replace the cups of the steering by a less valuable one. This serves the purpose of protecting the steering tube. Replace the bottom bracket by one of the same thread that you could dispose of (could be that the bearing will be damaged. Then fit a crankset with both pedals pointing in the same direction Take a strong steel rod that passes through the steering and that would be longer (down) Sit on the ground with your 2 feets on the pedals, headset pointing to you Take the rod and pull it toward you.
You can be lucky. ... or not.
If you didn't got my explanation, let me know and I"ll try to find time for a little drawing
