I think it having been sold in 1969 fits very good. Probably it also hasn't stood in stock for such a long time. A year or so was quite normal at that time. The reason I wondered is: My white PA 10 is also in original condition. It has still Nervex lugs, but ältestes forged dropout ends from Simplex (those with the hatsch on the left dropout, as could be found on PX10's from about 64-68). The brakes are Mafac Racers, with the old "Dural Forge" writing. Also, it's got a Simplex Prestige derailleur with date code 1968. - Thus, I figured my bike had probably been built in late 1968 or 1969. Yours, on the other hand, still has the older dropout ends, but the brake lever hoods are black, whilst those in the 1966 catalogue are still white. Thus, I'd guess maybe it could be from 1967 or 68? Anyway, doesn't matter. - It's beautiful.
