The frame is thought to be circa 1987-1989 based on design, rear fork spacing (125mm) and early Columbus "CROMOR" decals (after tube set was renamed from "MATRIX" to "CROMOR", and before revision of the "CROMOR" sticker). I don't know what year Columbus revised the "CROMOR" sticker, and the stickers and/or tubes may have been old stock when the frame was built, so the year of manufacture could be later than this which I estimate (which I doubt given the 125mm rear spacing). The upper and lower tubes are fluted "GILCO" style; 27.0mm seat post.I'm curious if anyone owns or has seen a similar frame with "CROMOR" fluted tubing, and if the tubing was modified by Columbus or Rossin (I suspect Rossin).
