Dommage, on ne saura pas ce que Pat Cloonagh souhaitait dire. Et donc on connait à présent le cadreur des vélos d'équipe SPlendor Itachi Hi I have a Splendor frame 1978 to 1982 I want to restore it correctly does anyone else have one from these years I will post photos if possible I am Irish and a big Sean Kelly fan. Also anymore information on who made them from 78 to 82 Eddy Martens has confirmed that he did not build my frame The photos are on Retrobike.co.uk - Splendor bike restoration regards pat

the link: www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/splendor-bike-restoration.426615/We (Munny & I) heard from the boss himself (Erwin De Visscher) that CVH at least knows or has something to do with that... But we have no confirmation: he doesn't want to talk about that, although we've tried many times. It seems to be still very touchy, even 40 years later. Strange (&complex?) affair.

Later on, ... last time I saw him this year, he admitted to know extremely well the builder. Did he had a problem to get paid for his work?

Or did someone "robbed" him the contract? I heard that Marlair was a shark as business man. the thing that is sure is there is a dispute that still lasts. I remember him saying this sentence: "non-non (sous entendu, "n'insistez pas ") je ne veux dire du mal de personne..."
